GDPR Information

Effective Date: April, 14, 2019

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is a European privacy law approved by the European Commission.

The GDPR is an attempt to strengthen EU data protection law and enhance individual rights and freedoms, consistent with the European understanding of privacy as a fundamental human right. The GDPR regulates, among other things, how individuals and organizations may obtain, use, store, and remove personal data.

GDPR adds new requirements regarding how companies should protect individuals’ personal data that they collect and process. It also raises the stakes for compliance by increasing enforcement and imposing greater fines for not protecting people’s privacy (and data.)

Below is an overview of what we have done or are in the process of doing to meet the new regulation requirements.

We have updated our privacy policy and our cookie policy and we have added this GDPR notice to our web site(s).

We have notified all of our existing users of these all policy changes via page notices and footer links on all our web sites. You may review them at any time.

In efforts to fully comply with the GDPR we have updated our sites as necassary. We believe in full compliance, as humanely possible. While we may collect data from time to time, we do not actively process data, such as credit cards. We use GDPR complaint and secure third party web sites and vendors to do such transactions.

As a product vendor, or affiliate of others products, we may use tools in order to refer people to such offers. We, however, do not upload or download personal data. Customers may chose to submit their personal data, individually. Each customer is asked to agree with our terms and privacy policy accordingly.

If you have any questions or concerns please let us know before using any of our Websites or Services..

We’ve updated our cookie policy to provide you with complete transparency into what is being set when you visit our site and how it’s being used.

We’ve implemented a cookie consent form on our web sites. This acceptance form is displayed to all visitors until accepted or rejected. The acceptance form is displayed on all web site and may show up on any web page if you have not accepted or rejected the policy, so you will be required to accept (or reject) our policy for each of site we own. If you reject acceptance you may still view our site, but some actions and functionality may be limited or blocked as needed.

We have reviewed third party vendors which we may use for processing of your data. We believe they all comply with the GDRP policies, but we cannot at all times, control what they do. If we do find out a vendor is in non-compliance we will seek to terminate our partnership with them immediately.
